1st Class from start to finish. They were the first company that didn’t give over inflated quotes over the phone, off the top of their heads. We actually made an appointment to go and meet them. Off we went with sketches and ideas to discuss, see the materials on offer and even examples of similar finished items.They offer a happiness guarantee which they certainly fulfilled. We requested a couple of amendments along the way, and after further discussions and some good advice, we weren’t disappointed.The van has been transformed and all expectations exceeded, and I’m very particular.We had a mishap of our own doing in the first week and had to return for advice on how to repair. They did no more than replace the whole section there and then, no dodgy patching up, good as new, well chuffed and impressed. It certainly gets the WOW factor when people view and I always keep one of their cards at hand in the van to pass on. Thanks Andy & Tina.
We have recently purchased a camper van which needed new bench seats. We searched the internet for an upholstery service to carry out the work. We finally settled for Cube Upholstery. We are so glad we did. We were able to discuss all our requirements with the proprietor who we found exceedingly helpful. The workmanship was excellent and cannot be faulted, the bench seats fitted like a glove in our camper van and exceeded expectations. The price was also very reasonable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. In fact we have just placed a further order.

From start to finish I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They helped me make the right choices and then produced a high quality product for a reasonable price. Great attention to detail, friendly, helpful, in short a great team who provided a great service.
As we gave a lot of specific detail to what we wanted we were concerned that at least one thing wouldn’t be as we had intended. The product was Brilliant. We gave a lot of detailed requests as to what we want ed and it was followed to the letter. Outstanding results!!! Good value for money!!!
After deciding we needed the seats on our T4 re-trimming & some upholstering on our R & R bed we looked on the internet to find a company who could do them for us. Luckily we found Cube Upholstery’s website. It was a real bonus to us they were a local company too. Andrew & Tina were really helpful, showing us a variety of different fabrics & styles of seat / bed upholstering we could choose from. We dropped off our seats & two weeks later as promised, Andrew called to say they were ready to collect. The seats and bed were lovely, they exceeded our expectations. They totally transformed the look of our van, so much so, we have now ordered additional cushions. We would not hesitate in recommending Cube Upholstery. Andrew & Tina were really helpful, friendly & provided a great service at a competitive price.

Customer service means exceeding certain expectations. Everyone expects a certain amount of service, some more than others. But when you EXCEED that, then you have added the WOW factor, it was great that I was able to say WOW, I didn’t expect that.
